The warm welcome drink set the tone for our experience, reflecting the genuine hospitality of the staff. Despite our limited time to explore, the assistance provided by Nenia and Ate Dang was exceptional, especially when we had to adjust our plans due to unforeseen circumstances. The property's proximity to key attractions like the butterfly reserve and chocolate museum offered a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. the rooms were clean and thoughtfully arranged, ensuring a comfortable stay. the variety of activities, from feeding the animals to horseback riding, made our stay feel like a true retreat into a natural paradise. The staff's attention to detail, including providing ice boxes for room refrigeration and readily available water stations, showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. the on-site amenities, from the pool with picturesque views to the delightful View Deck Cafe, added a touch of luxury to our experience. Special mention to Nina, whose professionalism and commitment to guest happiness were truly commendable. Overall, Malagos Garden Resort exceeded our expectations, offering a harmonious blend of relaxation, eco-conscious practices, and immersive experiences in nature.
